Art and Mindfulness
Mindfulness is something that we all need more of. To be mindful means to put our minds to rest and to learn to focus and be present. In this workshop, you will learn how to practice mindfulness through instruction by licensed therapist and artist Annette Hyslop. Annette will teach you how to practice mindfulness daily and will lead you through an art project to help you learn to turn off the inner critic, quiet your mind and just be present. Great for anyone struggling with racing thoughts, worries and stress. Cost of the workshop is $35 per person and includes all supplies ! Bring a friend. Tickets available through eventbrite!
